Below are examples of the email communications your team will receive throughout the offer process with Welcome. Please note: the email notifications they receive will depend on their user permissions. For more details on user permissions, please visit Roles and Permissions.
- Offer Sent: Here is an example of the email that the user who sent the offer, and all users with Super Admin permissions, will receive when an offer is sent out to a candidate. The subject line will read: New Job Offer Sent to [Candidate Name]
- Offer Opened: Here is an example of the email notification that the user who created and sent the offer, and all users with Super Admin permissions, will receive when a candidate opens the offer. The subject line will read: [Candidate Name] has Opened Their Offer
- Signature Requested: Here is an example email that only the company signer will receive, prompting them to sign the offer. The email will contain the name of the user who created and sent the offer, the candidate’s name and the position they are being hired for. The subject line will read: Signature Requested for [Candidate Name]'s Job Offer. Please note: This is only applicable if you have the countersign functionality enabled. - Offer Signed: Here is an example of the email communication that will be sent to the user who created and sent the offer, and all users with Super Admin permissions, notifying them that all individuals have signed the offer and it is now complete. The subject line will read: Everyone has signed [Candidate Name]’s Offer Letter. Please note: A copy of the fully executed offer documents will be attached to this email.
