Integrating your Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Welcome integrates with your applicant tracking system (ATS) to make it easy to: 

• Import candidate profiles and role details
• Keep offer status in sync between Welcome and your ATS
• Send fully executed offer documents back to the candidate profile in the ATS 
  

Welcome supports integrations with both Greenhouse and Lever via an API key. In order to generate an API key, you must have admin access to your ATS. (Please note: Lever requires an Enterprise Plan to generate an API key to Welcome).

Welcome imports the following fields from the ATS to Welcome:

• • Candidate Profile: First Name, Last Name, Email
  • Role: Job Title, Department, Manager, Office Location
    • Please note: The Estimated Start Date pre-populates as 2 weeks from the day the offer is created

Welcome writes-back the following fields from Welcome to the candidate profile in the ATS:

• Offer Stage (when offer is sent)
• Offer Stage (when offer is accepted)
• Signed documents

How to Integrate Your Application Tracking System (ATS)

1. Log into Welcome
2. Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
3. Go to Integrations > Manage
4. Find your ATS provider
5. Click “Connect”
6. Follow the instructions
