Integrating your Payroll Provider

Welcome integrates with the leading payroll platforms to make it easy to manage your employee profiles and compensation information in Total Rewards, as well as provide blinded incumbent data when creating offers in the Compensation Scenarios tool. 

Import from Payroll to Welcome

• Employee Profile: First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Start Date, Title, Department
• Employee Compensation:
  • Current Salary
  • Salary and Bonus History (contingent on payroll provider)
    
    

How to Integrate Your Payroll Provider

1. Log into Welcome
2. Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
3. Go to Account > Integrations
4. Find your payroll provider
5. Click “Connect”
6. Follow the instructions

Don't see your payroll provider listed? 
Don’t worry, you can import your employees’ compensation info by uploading your data via a spreadsheet.

1. Log into Welcome
2. Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
3. Go to Account > Integrations
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to "Don’t see your payroll provider?"
5. Click “Try Now"
6. Follow the instructions
