Integrating your Cap Table Provider

Welcome integrates with the leading cap table platforms to make it easy to manage your employee profiles and compensation information in Total Rewards, as well as provide blinded incumbent data when creating offers in the Compensation Scenarios tool. 

We are able to import employee grant data from Carta into Welcome. To integrate with Carta:

1. Log in to Welcome
2. Go to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
3. Go to Integrations
4. Find Carta
5. Click Connect
6. Follow the Instructions

Please note, as of now, we are unable to support the following grant type:
