Revoking a Total Rewards Profile

If you need to revoke an employee's Total Rewards Profile, you may do so with the following instructions. 

Please note: revoking a Total Rewards profile permanently deletes the Total Rewards profile from Welcome.

1. 1. Log into Welcome
      
      
   2. Navigate to Total Rewards
      
      
   3. Locate the profile you would like to revoke under the Active tab
      
      
   4. Click the three dots on the far right side of the Total Rewards profile to open the overflow menu and click “Void”
      
      
   5. A window confirming that you want to revoke access will pop up. To evoke this Total Rewards profile, click "Revoke"
      
      
   6. Now that the Total Rewards profile has been revoked, the employee will no longer have access.
