Updating Company Valuation & Outstanding Shares

If you want to update your company’s valuation and outstanding shares, you may do so with the following instructions.

Candidate

You can assign an estimated company valuation and outstanding shares, which will be used to fuel our Total Compensation equity calculator. The number of outstanding shares is never shown to candidates, and you will have the ability to show or hide company valuation within an offer.

1. Log into Welcome
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
   
   
3. Click on the Offers tab in the left side column under Total Compensation
   
   
4. Scroll to locate the Total Compensation card and click Edit  
5. Enter an amount for Estimated Starting Valuation and Outstanding Shares
   
   
6. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Total Compensation window
   
   

Employee

You can assign an estimated company valuation and outstanding shares, which will be displayed across all employee rewards profiles.

1. Log into Welcome
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
   
   
3. Click on the Total Rewards tab in the left side column under Total Compensation
   
   
4. Enter an amount for Estimated Starting Valuation and Outstanding Shares
   
   
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page
