Adding New Currencies

Welcome’s multi-currency feature allows US-based companies the flexibility to hire internationally. With this feature, teams can easily create and send offers by using more than 30 available international currencies. If you would like to add another currency to your company’s Welcome Dashboard, you may do so with the following instructions.

Who can add new currencies and update exchange rates?

Welcome users with Admin access and higher have the ability to edit and add currencies and exchange rates.

1. Log into Welcome
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
   
   
3. Select the “Currency” tab in the left-hand column
   
   
4. Click Add or +Add Exchange Rate
   
   
5. Select the currency type based on our dropdown list of 30 available currencies
   
   
6. Enter desired exchange rate for local currency
   
   
7. Click Save
