Creating a New Offer Template

The Multiple Offer Templates feature in Digital Offers allows you to easily build offer templates to support the various offer scenarios at your company. Terms, currency type, offer components, and specific signing workflows can be assigned to a template!

Who can create new templates?

Welcome users with Senior Recruiter access or higher can edit existing templates and add new ones.

1. Log into Welcome
   
   
2. Navigate to the Offers tab
   
   
3. Click “New Offer”
   
   
4. At the bottom of the Create New Offer page click “Create New Offer”
   
   
5. Select Offer Terms
   
   
6. Select Currency Type
   
   
7. Select Offer Components
   
   
8. Select Signature Workflow
   
   
9. Check Off “Save as New Template”
   
   
10. Name Template
    
    
11. Save
