If you want to update existing dashboard users and hiring managers, you may do so with the following instructions.
- Log into Welcome
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
- Click on the User Management tab in the left side column under Account
- Locate the user you would like to update. This can be done using the search bar or by manually scrolling through the list of existing users.
- Click the three dots on the far right side of the user to open the overflow menu
- Select Edit from the dropdown window
- An Edit User window will appear. From here, you may edit the user’s first name, last name, job title, and LinkedIn URL, as well as adjust their permissions level or add additional email addresses. Please Note: At this time, you are unable to edit a user’s primary email. If you would like to edit a user’s primary email, please reach out to support@heywelcome.com.
- Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Edit User window
