You are now able to update Dashboard user and hiring manager information via the settings section in Welcome.
This is the same workflow for adding new users. This will update the existing Hiring Manager's information, NOT duplicate the user.
To update hiring manager information (name, job title, permissions) in Welcome:
- Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
- Navigate to Account > User Management
- Click "Add User"
- Update the relevant user information.
Note: The Hiring Manager's email address must match the existing user record. If the Hiring Manager's email needs to be changed, please email email@example.com.
- Choose the "Hiring Manager" role for the user you are updating.
- Click "Save"
