Updating the Equity Growth Slider

Welcome now supports multiple variations of the equity growth slider that is displayed on the Total Compensation page. Customers can choose between using a valuation slider or a price per share slider!

Who can make changes to the equity growth slider?

Welcome users with Admin access or higher have the ability to make changes to the equity growth slider. For more details on user permissions, please visit Roles and Permissions.

How to edit the Total Compensation valuation growth slider multipliers:

1. Log into Welcome
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
   
   
3. Total Compensation > Equity
   
   
4. Click “Edit” within the “Equity Calculation” box
   
   
5. Make desired updates under Growth Multiplier Details
   
   
6. Click “Save” at the bottom of the card

How to edit the Total Compensation slider to display estimated price per share:

1. Log into Welcome
   
   
2. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom left)
   
   
3. Total Compensation > Equity
   
   
4. Click “Edit” within the “Equity Calculation” box
   
   
5. Make desired updates under Estimated Price Per Share
   
   
6. Click “Save” at the bottom of the card
